what are the best brand car audio products?

i’ve been doing a lot of research on car audio and i want to have a nice system for the lowest price possible. i need two 6×9 speakers, two 5.25" speakers, an amp, and two subs. i have an aftermarket 50 watt Pioneer deck. i want the best sound quality, i dont need people hearing me from 3 blocks away but i want something that will be clear at high volumes and i want my subs to thump hard. Please help me out i have a budget of about 700 dollars

I was wondering if car audio can effect the engine, I have a nice sound system. 1 800watt amp and 1000w amp the headlights dims when the bass is hitting hard. I was wondering if this can cause my engine to misfire or mess with my ignition system? I have a stock alternator, and a regular Duralast battery. PS the truck is a 98 blazer.

I hear people complain about other people that install subwoofers and other high end audio equipment in their cars and then use an mp3 player to listen to audio. Is there any noticeable benefit to listening to regular cd’s over mp3’s?

I have my car system set-up with speakers,sub,amp, and deck but i wanted to put in some tweeters. Should I just buy a set and install them myself or buy them from a car audio place and have them install it for me?

I want some ideas for a new install in my car and i would like to find a forum, (preferably a single thread with lots of posts) and has people that have done their own custom installs so i can get some ideas. I know there are a few out there but i dont really car about when people go to a audio shop and pay some one to do it.
